Terms and Conditions

Welcome to app.bfautodetail.com (the “Site” or “Website”), owned and operated by BF Auto Detail (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any services provided by BF Auto Detail. By accessing or using the Site, you and any organization you represent agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Accept,” “I Agree,” or by accessing or using the Site or any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

Eligibility

You may use the services only if you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You may not use the services if you have a competitive interest against the Company. Unauthorized access or attempts to access the Site are prohibited.

Fair Use Policy

SMS and Electronic Communications Consent

If you provide a phone number to BF Auto Detail, you consent to receive SMS and other electronic messages from us, including transactional messages (account updates, appointment reminders, receipts, support) and promotional messages (offers, product or service updates). Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. By providing a phone number you represent that you are the authorized owner of that number and at least 18 years old.

Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site or otherwise communicated to you. Continued use of the Site after notice of changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not post, transmit, or make available any material that:

• violates others’ rights;
• is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, vulgar, or profane;
• encourages criminal conduct or civil liability; or
• contains advertising or solicitations without our prior written consent.

You must not use the Site to advertise or solicit for businesses that compete with BF Auto Detail unless a service specifically permits that activity. Conduct that restricts or inhibits other users’ access or enjoyment of the Site is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, and sound) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. BF Auto Detail or its licensors own the content and the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of the content. You may download materials for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, retransmit, publish, or commercially exploit downloaded material without express written permission. Downloading does not transfer ownership.

User Uploads and Submissions

Do not upload or post material you do not own or have rights to. By submitting material to any public area of the Site, you grant BF Auto Detail and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that material in any form or media now known or later developed. You also warrant that you own the material or have permission to grant this license and that any people depicted have consented to the use described. You will not receive compensation for submissions.

Prohibited Material and Behavior

When using services you will not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or violate others’ legal rights;
• Publish or distribute obscene, indecent, or unlawful material;
• Upload files that infringe third-party rights or contain malware (viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files);
• Advertise goods or services for business purposes unless the service permits it;
• Download files you know cannot be legally reproduced or distributed;
• Falsify or delete copyright management information;
• Harvest or collect personal information about other users;
• Create false identities to mislead others; or
• Violate any applicable laws or service-specific rules.

BF Auto Detail may review, remove, or refuse to post any material at its discretion and may terminate access to services for violations.

Accounts and Security

Some Sections of the Site require account registration. You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use, and you may be liable for losses caused by others using your account.

Purchases, Payments, and Billing

Purchases are completed through a third-party checkout or invoice. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate. All sales are subject to the price and terms shown at checkout. The Site does not store payment card information. If payment fails or is refused by your provider, the Company is released from related obligations and you are responsible for any resulting costs or fees.

No Warranty

Use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BF Auto Detail, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. This includes lost profits, lost data, or other losses, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or offer content provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.

Monitoring and Removal of Content

We may but are not required to monitor content on the Site. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BF Auto Detail and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

Termination

Either you or BF Auto Detail may terminate this agreement at any time. BF Auto Detail may terminate your access immediately for conduct it deems unacceptable or for breach of these Terms.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government acts, power failures, network outages, or third-party service failures. The affected party should notify the other within 15 days of the event. Performance is suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of FL,US, without regard to conflict of law rules. Replace the bracketed text with the governing state and country for your business.

Trademarks

BF Auto Detail and its logos are trademarks of BF Auto Detail. All other trademarks on the Site belong to their respective owners.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with any operating rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and BF Auto Detail regarding their subject matter. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
